Turn left for 387 North towards I-10 (I-10 West, really) and stay straight for SR 287 (towards I-10 East). You used to bear right to stay on SR 84 and head into downtown Casa Grande, but 84 was mostly decommissioned east of here. It will resume near Eloy.
