Just after that, road conditions deteriorate as we cross back into Maine. For a long time, it appeared that NH 113B continued into Maine and would rejoin Route 113. However, recent sign replacements make clear that this part of the route is not part of the New Hampshire highway system, so NH 113B ends here.
