Location: Hammond St and Main St, Bangor
A couple blocks later, in downtown Bangor, SR 100 ends. We’ll also approach the former eastern terminus of US 202, which was truncated back to I-395 at some point in the 80s. However, 202 has consistently been signed from US 2 since then and reputable sites such as Travel Mapping consider this to still be the eastern terminus, so we’ll consider that to be the case here too, since Corco Highways takes a maximalist approach to what counts as a state highway. With that in mind, turn right on Main St for 202 east. Stay straight to stay on 2 east.
