Sorry about the lack of stuff the last while. It’s been over a month since the last drive which is largely due to the lack of daylight hours.
Of course it will pick up here! I have to go home to Idaho pretty soon so that means that I get two cross state treks with which to drive lots of new highway. I’ve got a couple of pretty good drives mapped out.
Anyway, this Thursday I am thinking about taking a drive, either clinching most of the 53x and 54x roads (+ SR 11, 96, 528, 529, – SR 530, SR 542) up Bellingham direction, or getting 12/122/504/505/506/508. I’ll probably head north just because I don’t know what’s going on with the roads up on SR 504 and I simply don’t have time to hassle with icy mountain roads, so that may wait till spring.
I’m wavering on taking the drive or not. It’s very tentative and depends on several factors.
