Overhead reassurance shield as CT 2 begins and we pass over I-91. There isn’t really access to or from I-91 onto CT 2- there is a ramp right at the beginning to 91 south and a ramp from 91 south but those direct traffic to and from Columbus Blvd, not CT 2.

As we enter East Hartford, we’ll approach I-84/US 6. Stay in the center lane for 84/6 east. Keep left to stay on the CT 2 freeway.

Exit for Pitkin Street. This signage is a little off – we’re officially on CT 2 already and exiting onto 84 east.

Keep left for CT 2 east. Keep right for I-84/US 6 east towards Boston. By keeping right, you can also access a ramp to SR 500/Governors St, which connects to downtown East Hartford via US 44.
