Oh dear…as we cross up Douglass Pass, the speed limit on SH-139 drops to 25 MPH and stays that way for no reason for several miles. I suppose it saves money on advisory speed plaques to do it this way, but it’s nearly impossible to actually drive anything close to the limit here.
