Wyoming 89 will split off agian, and head by itself for a couple miles to the Utah state line. It will resume again about 30 miles south down the state line after travelling as Utah SRs 30 and 16 through Utah

Turn right for WYO 89 south towards Utah, stay straight for US-30, which will finally begin heading due east in Wyoming towards Kemmerer
