Follow SH-121 to get to SH-128, which is immediately off the exit. This exit probably should be SH-128 anyway, but is a relic from an older highway system alignment and Colorado’s failure to recognize concurrencies. SH-121 north carries an unsigned 128 to 287, and then terminates, while 121 south just goes to 128 and then continues
