We’ll come to a junction with 30 Bypass. This is an erroneous/poorly phrased sign as the best way to north 189 is via mainline 30, as opposed to the bypass.

This makes more sense. Turn left for 30 East towards US-189 North and downtown Kemmerer, stay straight for 30 Bypass, a quick bypass of Kemmerer, to head towards Rock Springs
