On the south side of Lac La Biche, we’re told to turn right at the upcoming junction for Ft. McMurray via Alta. 881 and left for Ft. McMurray via Highways 55 and 63. Lac La Biche is pretty much the north edge of the densely populated part of Alberta- any further north and we really start to end up in the high latitude area with few roads and few people.
