US-89 enters Arizona just after Lake Powell. The route once went all the way to Nogales, but now just heads to Flagstaff.

A couple miles later, we’ll cross the Colorado River over what could be considered the eastern terminus of the Grand Canyon and enter the rez/tourist town of Page, a decent sized city now that didn’t even exist until Lake Powell was created
