U.S. Route 191, US-160 to UT State Line

Location: Indian 12 and US-160, Apache Cty

As far as Arizona and the Navajo are concerned, this is Indian 12, not US-191. ADOT does not maintain this road. AASHTO says this is US-191, however, and it’s a logical connector, so I’m going on that.
