CT 154 forms a sort of business loop for US 1 through Old Saybrook. Turn right for CT 154 north, which heads south down to the shore and eventually loops back to downtown Old Saybrook. If your destination is downtown Old Saybrook, though, stay straight to stay on US 1 north.
