The primary purpose of ID\/WA 128 is to serve the port areas north of town<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/id\/128\/12towa\/4.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: Down River Rd and Port Access Rd 1, Lewiston<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Final reassurance shield in Idaho. Three digit state routes are rare in Idaho, only three (128, 162 and 200), so the shields look a little crammed up.
