  2. Somebody forgets this interchange already existed (since this was the last interchange)<\/li>\n
  3. They produce a sign<\/li>\n
  4. WSDOT worker comes out to post the sign<\/li>\n
  5. Sees other sign is already there<\/li>\n
  6. Says “Oh, whoops”<\/li>\n
  7. Puts the sign up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
