Keep left for I-84 to Boston. Follow Exit 51 for BDL – not sure why they removed the fact that Exit 51 is also I-91 for folks heading to the airport – seems like that would be helpful.<\/p>\n

Exit for I-91 north to Springfield, Mass. US 44 will actually join I-84 under this overpass – with no direct access to 44 west from 84\/6 east (the Trumbull Street exit would have provided a fairly direct connection) – but it will split off just after we cross the Connecticut River.<\/p>\n

Exit for I-91 south as US 44 joins and we cross the Connecticut River. The ramp in the background is the ramp to I-91 north – and that was added on after the rest of this highway and I-91 were built.<\/p>\n
