This used to be the important part of the area and is the home of the phrase &#8220;Get out of Dodge&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/ks\/400\/34to56\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: US-400 and 114 Rd, Dodge City<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">About a mile later and we&#8217;ll enter Dodge City, but we&#8217;re still a ways from anything interesting<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/ks\/400\/34to56\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: US-400 and US-56, Dodge City<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">About a mile later and we&#8217;ll come to a junction with US-56 and US-283<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/ks\/400\/34to56\/9.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location: <\/strong>US-400 and US-56, Dodge City<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Turn left for US-400 at the junction<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/ks\/400\/34to56\/10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: US-400 and US-56, Dodge City<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Follow 56\/400 West and 283 South towards Sublette, Minneola, and Cimarron Okla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corcohighways.org\/highways\/ks\/400\/34to56\/12.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: US-400 and US-56, Dodge City<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Turn left for 56\/400 West and 283 South and right for 56 East and 283 North.
