Location: US-167 and I-49, St Landry Psh

Stay straight for 167 as the route splits. Since it was the main road up to Alexandria until relatively recently, it’s in pretty good condition and is nice and wide for a lot of its length, especially to Ville Platte

Follow 167 north and 10 west to Ville Platte and Alexandria. Take 10 east and 182 north towards Washington, and 182 south down to Opelousas

Turn right for 182 north and 10 east. Stay straight for 167 north and 10 west. Turn left for 182 south, which is the old alignment of US-167 down to Lafayette
