Just after 840 begins, we’ll cross into Danbury and pass under the private Riverview Drive, which serves a big corporate office park.

A half mile later, we’ll approach SR 805/Federal Rd, which is the old US 7/202 alignment. Turn left to follow that south and right for northbound Federal Rd to I-84 west/US 7 south (and US 202 south). SR 840 ends.
