North of BC 29, the Alaska Highway is maintained by the federal government so signage is bilingual with terrible French.

No signage for over 100 kilometers, but we’re then told we’re 300 clicks up the Alaska Highway.

After we pass through Fort Nelson we’ll approach BC-77.

Stay on BC 97 for Whitehorse, Yukon. Follow 77 north to Fort Liard, N.W.T.
