Just after SR 24, the freeway ends and we enter Berkeley.

Location: Ashby Ave and Piedmont Ave, Berkeley
A few blocks later, keep left to stay on SR 13. Downtown Berkeley is to the north of here, but the state highway system won’t enter it.

Location: Ashby Ave and San Pablo Ave, Berkeley
A few blocks later, we’ll approach SR 123. Turn left for 123 south and right for 123 north. Stay straight to stay on 13.
