Keep right for US 95 north. Back in the day, 95 north went straight and then they built a bypass east around town. The route was kept on as US 95 Spur for a while, but seems to have been decommissioned at some point between 2012 and 2014.

Turn right for 52 east, left for 52 west, and stay straight for 95 north.

Follow 95 north to Weiser and Lewiston and 52 east to Emmett. No control city for 52 west, which heads near downtown Payette and then goes into Oregon where it ends kind of in the middle of nowhere. Baker City, Ore. is used as a control point in other spots, and I guess that works.
