Reassurance shield after we cross Mill Creek. There’s not much in the way of intersection on this route, as most of the route just follows the south fork of the Clearwater.

Turn right for the Mt Idaho Grade, which is a nice shortcut to Grangeville. Turn left to stay on 13 towards Elk City.

I guess since there’s nowhere to turn, it’s hard to get lost, so no reassurance shields for 23 miles, and then we’ll enter the community of Golden.
