At this basically unsigned junction, keep right for US-22 west/OH-3 south. Keep left for US-62 west. Make a hard left for Ohio 41 south. Not sure why this is so badly signed, and Street View indicates it wasn’t just a temporary 2014 thing. There was an overhead sign here until 2010 or so, and then that was removed and never replaced.
